People’s Artist Boris Shcherbakov was hospitalized in the Moscow Botkin hospital. This was reported to RIA Novosti by his son Vasily Shcherbakov. According to the man, his father was previously diagnosed with SARS, but cardiac complications were recorded.
The day before, there were already reports of the actor’s hospitalization, but his wife Tatyana Bronzova denied that the actor was allegedly taken away from the rehearsal in an ambulance. “I just caught a cold. Someone threw this duck,” she told RIA Novosti.
However, the day before, she informed RBC that her husband went to the hospital with coronavirus, but the second test turned out to be negative: “He was “dripped” with something for two days in the hospital. Everyone won. I’m waiting for him at home soon.”
Thursday, February 2, the actor’s son confirmed RBC information given to RIA: “Yesterday, he first ended up in intensive care for cardiology.” He clarified that his father’s tests for COVID-19 gave a negative result, and the patient was transferred to a hospital.
“Today he called and in a rather cheerful voice said that <...> the condition has stabilized,” Shcherbakov Jr. said.
