The Moscow diocese has announced a two-hour reduction in access to the icon “Trinity” by Andrei Rublev, exhibited in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. It is indicated that now believers can come to worship from 10:00 to 17:00.
The diocese noted that technical breaks of up to 60 minutes are possible “in order to ensure the temperature and humidity conditions.”
Last week it was announced that the icon would be in the KhHS until July 18th. Initially, it was reported that the Trinity would stay in the temple for two weeks, starting on June 4, after which it would go for restoration. Earlier, Patriarch Kirill stated that the icon could stay in the temple yearand then leave for the Trinity-Sergius Lavra.
