In Russia, about 850,000 people have already received a fan card, and 45,000 Russians have done it online. This was announced on Monday, May 8, in the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
The department reminded in its Telegram channel that you can get a document without a personal visit to the multifunctional center – just use a special service on the State Services portal.
On May 7, a new fan card usage record was set in St. Petersburg: almost 50,000 Russians watched the match between the Zenit and Spartak clubs at the Gazprom Arena. The system successfully coped with such a load, emphasized the Ministry of Digital Development.
Former Russian government simplified the design of the fan card for children under 14, disabled people of all groups, as well as pensioners. From May 26, identification of children under 14 years of age will take place remotely. In the near future, disabled people and disabled children from 14 to 18 years old will have the opportunity to apply for a fan card as part of the submission of group applications by clubs of the Russian Football Premier League.
