About 1,500 skiers took part in the Alexander Bolshunov Cup. Reported by the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports. The tournament took place in the urban district of Istra.
The tournament participants gathered on the track of the regional sports school in the village of Golovino. Ski racing enthusiasts under 18 years old came to the competition.
There were 6 age categories. Each of them has its own distance and route. The youngest participants are skiers in the category 8 years and younger. The winners received awards from the hands of three-time Olympic champion Alexander Bolshunov.
