The amateur cycling race La Strada took place in St. Petersburg. 3 thousand participants registered for the cycling festival, and 1.5 thousand people took part in the race.
According to 78.ru, La Strada was held for the fifth time. This year the fan zone was organized in a new location – on Sobchak Square. The race consisted of three routes: 20, 40 and 80 kilometers.
The routes ran through the main tourist spots of the city in the Central, Vasileostrovsky and Petrogradsky districts. According to the organizers, the race already has traditional participants who visit venues in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Sochi.
By the waythe best in distances of 40 and 80 kilometers were awarded.
