A young Oryol resident won silver at the Russian Kyokushin Karate Championship

At the Russian Kyokushin Karate Championship in Moscow, a young athlete from Orel, Anastasia Bolycheva, won a silver medal. The tournament brought together more than 800 participants from different parts of the country, competing in the age categories of 12-13 and 14-15 years. The regional Department of Physical Culture and Sports shared information about this.

Under the leadership of coach Alexander Kantaria, the Oryol region was represented by 3 athletes, and one of them, Anastasia Bolycheva, managed to become a prize-winner of the competition.

Anastasia fought four fights, demonstrating a high level of training and skill. In the final, she lost to an athlete from Krasnodar, but was able to win a silver medal, becoming a deserved winner of second place at the national championship.
