A young disabled athlete from Petrozavodsk won the All-Russian competition

Semyon Kotov, a young man from Petrozavodsk, won gold in orienteering competitions among athletes with musculoskeletal disorders. This was reported in the administration of Petrozavodsk.
Semyon competed in Pskov with athletes from Moscow, St. Petersburg and three other regions of Russia. On the first day he won the classical orienteering competition, on the second day – in the sprint. The young man was trained by coach Mikhail Sevastyanov.
Previously athletes with a lesion of the musculoskeletal system Lyuba Aslanova and Ksenia Yaginova from Karelia conquered “silver” and “bronze” at the IV All-Russian Summer Spartakiad for the Disabled.
