On December 29, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to the Roshydrometcenter, a “yellow” level of danger was declared in the city due to heavy ice. Wet snow may accumulate in some areas of the Northern capital.
City authorities ask motorists to exercise special caution and, if possible, refrain from traveling in personal vehicles due to the high risk of accidents.
Pedestrians are also asked to be careful.
