How reports Sabah newspaper, the Supreme Court of Turkey ordered a citizen of the country to pay his ex-wife large financial compensation.
Of particular interest is the fact that a woman sued her ex-husband because he was not “friendly” with a shower and a toothbrush.
According to the plaintiff, the man brushed his teeth irregularly and did not change his clothes for weeks. This prompted the woman to file for divorce. Friends of the defendant’s family and colleagues from work appeared as witnesses for the prosecution. As a result, the man was found guilty, and the court ordered him to pay his ex-wife moral compensation in the amount of $16,500.
