A weightlifting hall was opened at the Kaluga Sports Palace. The hall was personally opened by the President of the All-Russian Weightlifting Federation Maxim Agapitov and Vice-President Nikolai Platoshechkin, Minister of the Port of the Kaluga Region Oleg Serdyukov reports on Monday, September 19 in his telegram channel.
Professional equipment for the weightlifting hall was purchased with a targeted subsidy. Pupils of the sports school “Spartak” will be engaged in the new hall.
The guests of honor examined and assessed the conditions for sports: premises, lighting, ventilation.
“I am sure that training in such a gym will be excellent! We look forward to high achievements in competitions,” Serdyukov sums up.
