Journalist Pavel Zarubin published footage allegedly in the minutes and hours after the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, which occurred on March 22. The video was published on the journalist’s Telegram channel.
“Putin’s work in the minutes and hours after the terrorist attack,” reads the caption to the video.
Zarubin states that in the process of work, the head of state receives reports by telephone from the heads of various law enforcement departments and services: the head of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev, the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, the director of the National Guard troops service Viktor Zolotov, Deputy Head of the Government of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova and others.
The footage also shows the president’s address to Russian citizens after the terrorist attack, during which Putin said that 11 people were detained, four of whom were alleged terrorists.
