A Texas man illegally made $1.76 million by eavesdropping on his wife’s work calls.

Texas resident Tyler Loudon illegally earned $1.76 million on the stock exchange by eavesdropping on his wife’s work calls, reports businessinsider.com.

Loudon found out that the oil and gas company BP was planning to take over TravelCenters of America, and bought 45 thousand shares.

After learning of an internal investigation into BP, where Loudon’s wife worked as a manager, her husband confronted her about his actions. The woman was fired from the company, after which she divorced her husband.
