Purov resident Vasilisa Firuleva won a silver medal at the Russian kettlebell lifting championship. This was reported on March 26 by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Purovsky District.

“Among juniors in the long cycle in the weight category up to 63 kilograms, Vasilisa Firuleva won second place. The athlete is training at the Urengoets sports school under the guidance of coach Maxim Babichev,” the message says.

It is clarified that the competitions were held in the Nizhny Novgorod region, more than 250 athletes from 33 regions of the country took part in them.
