The Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky, announced new courses to improve competencies in working with modern industrial equipment.
“The new special direction will allow students to gain advanced practical skills, increase competencies in working with modern automated machines, as well as current production techniques. Engineers already have access to two special program courses,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. According to the official, working with equipment requires high professional knowledge and a deep understanding of the functioning of the machines.
Two MTS partners participated in the development. The Mekhdetal company was engaged in the course “Training program for operators of CNC metalworking machines.” And the program “Modern methods of quality control of product geometry and reverse engineering” was created in alliance with the Moscow Aviation Institute. “Our company has been specializing in contract manufacturing of mechanical engineering products for more than 15 years. We have an impressive fleet of our own equipment, on which we have been training operators and adjusters of CNC machines for our own needs for more than two years. Now, using the accumulated experience in training, we have begun training specialists for third-party enterprises, taking into account their individual specifics,” summarized the company’s HR director Artem Naumov.
