“A sharp drop in temperature over the weekend, freezing at night. During the day on Saturday it will be about 8°C – 9°C, and on Sunday both at night and during the day – from 0°C to 4°C. Heavy precipitation in the form of rain will continue, and in the afternoon of Saturday a phase of wet snow will be added,” said Mr. Vilfand.
He added that icy conditions are possible by Sunday morning. Cold weather, according to Mr. Vilfand, is expected in all regions of Central Russia.
On the eve of traffic jams in Moscow reached ten points. At the Phobos weather center, the deterioration in traffic on the roads was associated with bad weather.
