The Kamchatka military was sentenced to a year and eight months in prison as a result of refusing to go to the zone of a special military operation, this sentence was appealed on appeal to the Pacific Fleet Military Court. This is reported in the 35th garrison military court.
As noted, the Breusov case was considered under Part 2.1 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Non-execution of an order). The press service of the court noted that the verdict did not enter into force and was appealed on appeal.
According to the court, the military man announced the refusal on October 6, 2022, while in the military investigation department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky garrison. The court also found that there had been violations of the Charter of the Internal Service of the RF Armed Forces and the Disciplinary Charter of the RF Armed Forces.
