A second protocol was drawn up against Monetochka for the lack of marking of a foreign agent

The Basmanny Court of Moscow received an administrative case against the singer Monetochka (Elizaveta Gyrdymova, recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). The protocol was drawn up under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent), attention was paid to him by Mediazona (included in the register of foreign agents).

This is the second protocol drawn up against the singer under this article. According to the first in June Basmanny Court fined her 30 thousand rubles. The reason was the lack of marking in the video “New interview with Mikhail and Sonya Shatz” (Mikhail Schatz is included in the register of foreign agencies).

In May 2022 Elizaveta Gyrdymova reportedthat left Russia for Lithuania. She explained her decision by her desire to “feel freedom in her statements.” In January 2023, the Ministry of Justice added her to the list of foreign agents.
