Investigators in Moscow opened a criminal case against her abuser

A ninth-grader from Moscow became a victim of her stepfather while on vacation in Egypt. A man of retirement age tried to molest his stepdaughter, but she outwitted the lustful relative and managed to bring him to justice.

As MK learned, the parents of 15-year-old Eli (all names have been changed) separated some time ago, and a new man moved into the apartment with her mother and girl. The woman’s chosen one, previously prosecuted for organizing a brothel and prostitution, and now a pensioner, first became friends with the schoolgirl and even took her with him on vacation to Egypt. They spent their vacation on the Red Sea in January 2024, and everything would have been fine if not for one incident. One night, a 66-year-old tourist allowed himself too much: under the cover of the Arabian night, he moved from his bed to the box of a teenage girl and began to intimately flirt with the schoolgirl. Stunned, Elya hid in the toilet. At dawn, she declared a boycott of the molester, and he began to apologize. The ninth-grader secretly turned on the voice recorder on her smartphone and recorded her stepfather’s remorse. Moreover, she asked the offender on the record what exactly he was apologizing for, and he laid out all his dirty thoughts about a girl’s beauty and his sympathies. Already in Moscow, Elya gave her mother an ultimatum: either her stepfather leaves their common home forever, or she will report everything to the police. After listening to the recording, the woman drove her lover away, but after a while she gave up – the schoolgirl again found her mother in the company of a pervert and nevertheless filed a statement with law enforcement agencies.

As Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate for Moscow, told MK, investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of depraved acts. The 66-year-old defendant is still in the status of a suspect, but he will soon be charged.
