A new sports center for sambo training has started operating in Arkhangelsk. It is located on the basis of Northern Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov. The center has everything for comfortable sports. Sambo wrestlers have two standard wrestling mats at their disposal. There is also a gym and a teaching room. The gym also has modern multimedia equipment.
Representatives of classical and combat sambo will train at the center. By the way, over one and a half thousand people practice this sport in the region.
Now the athletes are preparing for the All-Russian competitions called the “Five Seas Cup”. The starts will take place from April 13 to 14 at the Nord Expo exhibition center.
