A Russian village was left without water and electricity after shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters damaged communications in the village of Tetkino, Kursk region. The governor of the region, Roman Starovoit, announced this in his personal Telegram channel.
According to Starovoit, on the morning of September 18, Ukrainian fighters shelled a populated area. As a result, the village was left without electricity, water and gas.
In addition, after shelling in Tetkino, 11 residential buildings were damaged. The governor noted that owners will be assisted with repairs, and restoration of damaged communications will begin “as soon as it is safe to do so.”
