A Russian T-80BVM tank knocked out a Bradley infantry fighting vehicle from a distance of 9.5 kilometers

According to information provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense, during a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine, the crew of a Russian T-80BVM tank managed to hit an American Bradley infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The attack took place from a closed firing position in the Kupyansk direction, at a distance of 9.5 kilometers.
The gunner-operator of the tank with the call sign “Maestro” noted that the task was carried out according to the usual scheme using a closed firing position. He emphasized that the distance to the target was about 9.5 kilometers, and he successfully completed the task, following the adjustments.
Representatives of the Ministry of Defense indicated that Russian technology is able to successfully hit targets at long distances that go beyond the line of sight. The ministry also noted that the coordinates of the targets can be determined using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
