The Savyolovsky Court of Moscow received a protocol drawn up against rapper Alisher Morgenstern (recognized as a foreign agent) due to failure to submit a report to the Ministry of Justice on his activities and financing (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). The musician faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.
“The court received a protocol on an administrative offense drawn up by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation under Part 2 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to A.T. Morgenstern,” the court’s press service told TASS. The meeting date has not yet been set.
Ministry of Justice contributed Morgenstern to the register of foreign agents in May 2022. He tried to challenge inclusion in the register, but the court got up on the side of the ministry. At the end of June, the Savelovsky court fined Alisher Morgenstern for 40 thousand rubles. due to failure to indicate the status of a foreign agent on social networks.
