A regime of crossing the administrative border as a state border has been introduced between Crimea and Kherson

The Crimean authorities have introduced a special regime on the border with Kherson. Corresponding decree the head of the republic Sergei Aksenov was published on the website of the government of the republic.

Now the administrative border between the subjects functions as a state border, which can be crossed only at the automobile checkpoints “Armensk”, “Perekop”, “Dzhankoy” and the railway checkpoints “Armensk”, “Dzhankoy”. The movement of military columns will be carried out along specially designated roads in agreement with the FSB Border Directorate for the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Let us recall that in 2023, in Crimea, security forces prevented 14 sabotage and terrorist attacks, a number of attempts on the lives of top officials of the republic and famous public figures, revealing a secret intelligence network of the Ministry of Defense and the Security Service of Ukraine.
