A protocol was drawn up against the singer Elizaveta Gyrdymova (Monetochka) under the article on violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent due to the lack of marking in the materials published by her (part 4 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), follows from file cabinets Basmanny Court of Moscow. Attention was drawn to the case card by Mediazon (recognized as a foreign agent).
In May 2022, Elizaveta Gyrdymova announced that she had left Russia and was living in Lithuania. She explained the decision to emigrate with the desire to “feel freedom in her statements.” On January 19, the head of the Federal Project on Security and Anti-Corruption, Vitaly Borodin, came up with the initiative to recognize Monetochka as a foreign agent. She was included in the list of the Ministry of Justice the very next day, January 20.
