An administrative protocol was drawn up against family psychologist and publicist Lyudmila Petranovskaya on discrediting the Russian army, reported TASS with reference to law enforcement agencies. According to the agency, the case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offences. Under this article, Ms. Petranovskaya faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles. The reasons for drawing up the protocol are not reported.
July 2 Telegram channel Mash reported that the head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption, Vitaly Borodin, wrote a denunciation against Lyudmila Petranovskaya. In it, he said that the publicist Petranovskaya “has supported Ukraine since 2014, said that “there is no threat to the Russian language there,” and after the start of the SVO, she sharply condemned it.” Lyudmila Petranovskaya commented situation in his Telegram channel, saying that “for now this is just an initiative of some comrade.” At the same time, she admitted that “the process will continue.”
Lyudmila Petranovskaya is a family psychologist, teacher, author of educational books and trainings. According to information on her website, she also deals with family placement of orphans and psychological work with adoptive parents. In 2012, together with her colleagues, Lyudmila Petranovskaya created the Institute for the Development of Family Structure, which now trains future adoptive parents and social workers.
