A private detective has published an autopsy report on Kurt Cobain: the cause of his death has been revealed

Kurt Cobain died almost 30 years ago, but since then one man has been following the case very closely and has published what he claims is the star’s official autopsy report, which has not yet been released to the general public.

A private investigator named Tom Grant posted the PDF on his social media account and wrote, “Link to a free copy of Kurt Cobain’s autopsy report. This is the first time this report has been published.”

Tom has his own website that chronicles his investigation into Cobain’s death, dating back to Kurt’s suicide in 1994. Apparently, Grant came to his own conclusions about the tragedy. But in fact, the only value on the site is the document that he published.

Grant claims that this is a genuine document, although he does not explain how he obtained it. The results of Kurt’s autopsy 30 years ago were never made public – due to certain Washington state laws that prohibit the release of this type of information. However, the authorities hand over these documents to the family.

The alleged report purports to confirm what most people have known about Cobain’s death for years, namely that he tragically died by suicide.

There is also information here that, according to medical professionals, a mixture of prohibited substances was found in Cobain’s body. TMZ attempted to verify the authenticity of the report, but King County officials declined to comment and again cited Washington state law.

Kurt left behind his wife Courtney Love and daughter Frances Bean. He was only 27.

On April 8, 1994, an electrician discovered Kurt’s body and immediately reported it to the police. In a note before his death, the artist asked not to blame his wife for the tragedy. However, things turned out differently: fans who examined the note claimed that it was Courtney’s handwriting, suggesting that she allegedly planned her husband’s murder. There are still debates about the death of the legendary musician.
