A possible new coach of Yaroslavl “Shinnik” has been named

Yaroslavl “Shinnik” can be led by coach Oleg Vasilenko. Such a candidate is called by sports insiders in telegram channels.
The prospective candidate is 50 years old, has extensive coaching experience and in 2023 coached Alania Vladikavkaz, another First League club in which Shinnik also plays. According to some reports, the management of Alania was not too happy with the first half of the season, so they parted ways with Vasilenko.
According to unofficial data, Oleg Vasilenko is indeed considered as one of the candidates for the position of head coach of FC Shinnik. But he is not the only specialist to whom the “black and blue” send “matchmakers.” Other candidates are not yet known. We can only say with confidence that ex-Shinnik coach Vadim Evseev, who hastily left the club in May, will not return to the coaching bridge of the Yaroslavl club.
By the end of December, the new coach will be introduced to the team and fans. Shinnik will enter the new year with a new coach.
Let us remind you that the previous coach, Dmitry Khomukha, left Shinnik by agreement of the parties. Football experts cited the team’s losses as the reason for his resignation.
