How informs radio Sputnik, nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences Elena Solomatina, in an interview with reporters, named the maximum portion of watermelon that a person can eat without harm to their body.

Solomatina urged not to take watermelon as a dessert, because two kilograms of this delicacy contains about 500 kilocalories, which is comparable to a full meal.

“This is a very big load, and sugar … Like a very decent lunch, but you don’t need to replace lunch with watermelon … You can eat no more than 200 grams of watermelon at a time, and best of all – during a snack,” the nutritionist urged.
