A new martial arts center was built in Anapa in a year. The sports complex was built within the framework of the regional state program “Development of physical culture and sports.” By the beginning of autumn, the facility on Stanichnaya Street had been prepared for opening. The building has already received permission for commissioning.
Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev said on social networks that last year there was an empty site at this place and work had just started. Now the sports complex is in a state of 100% readiness. Inside the center, a gym and training rooms, changing rooms and showers were equipped. Up to 40 people will be able to practice judo, wrestling and sambo on the basis of the facility at a time.
The head of the region added that such sports centers are now being built throughout the Krasnodar Territory. According to him, sports complexes are the basis for the development of physical education in the municipalities of the region. Veniamin Kondratiev added that by the beginning of autumn 2022, 6 sports centers are already ready. The plans for the next 2 years are to build and open 19 more such facilities.
Earlier, “MK in the Kuban” wrote that water sports rowing base in Temryuk district is 50% ready by the end of August. The work on the site is to be completed by early 2023.
