A new heated football field was opened in the Yasenevo district

A new football field on Yasnogorskaya Street in the Southwestern District of Moscow was put into operation.

The sports facility includes a heated football field measuring 100×65 meters and all the necessary related infrastructure.

“The facility, located on the site of a former long-term construction project, was completely reconstructed at the expense of the city budget,” said Andrei Bochkarev, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction.

The head of the Moscow Construction Complex specified that the stands of the stadium can accommodate up to 500 people. The adjacent two-story building has locker rooms, showers, rooms for coaches and judges. It will also have a classroom, a medical room and a cafe.

Noise barriers have been installed along the perimeter of the facility, and a covered parking lot has been created nearby.

Mosgosstroynadzor has already issued a permit for its commissioning. This was announced by the head of the department Igor Voystratenko.

He also recalled that since January 1, 2022, 15 permits have been issued for the construction of new sports facilities in the capital. Among them – the central arena of the sports complex “Torpedo” them. E.A. Streltsov in the south of Moscow, capable of accommodating 15 thousand spectators. It is being built in the south of the capital. And before the end of the year, ZelAO should complete the construction of a football field with an athletics core for the Zelenograd sports school.
