A new gas pipeline was put into operation in the Vladimir Region

In the Suzdal district of the Vladimir region on Friday, June 2, a distribution gas pipeline was put into operation for the additional gasification of the village of Barskoye-Gorodishche.

The ceremonial launch was carried out by Andrey Turchak, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia Party, Alexander Avdeev, Governor of the Vladimir Region, Vladimir Markov, Member of the Management Board, Head of the Department of PJSC Gazprom, Sergey Gustov, General Director of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz .

A gas pipeline valve was opened in front of all the residents of the village, which means that now local households will be able to quickly connect to gas, which will increase their comfort level.

It should be noted that in the village of Barskoe-Gorodishche gas was laid several years ago, but the gas pipes were not laid inside the village. Therefore, for many residents, the ability to use gas in their own homes was still a dream.

The new gas pipeline with a length of about 1 km will provide the ability to connect 39 households to gas networks. To date, 12 applications for secondary gasification have been accepted in Barskoye Gorodishche, all of them have been converted into contracts, 9 of them have been executed – networks have been brought to the boundaries of land plots. The design of another gas pipeline inside the settlement is underway – a network with a length of about 1.2 km will allow gasification of another 36 households.

One of the first residents of the village, 60-year-old working pensioner Vedadi Khammedov applied for gas connection to his house. Vedadi is a professional road builder. He devoted more than 30 years to road construction, going from a simple specialist to the deputy general director of the enterprise.

Despite the fact that Vedadi’s family is small – his wife and son, his house is large and hospitable. Previously, such a huge house had to be heated with imported gas cylinders. A month for gas heating came out very expensive – 12 – 14 thousand rubles.

“I applied for gas connection at home last August. I applied to the regional gas service with a statement and pretty quickly everything was done. Now there will be no problems. It will not be necessary to change the bottle every time. The expenses will be lower and we are glad that this will help the family budget. We will be able to spend it on something else – on the education of our son, vacation, some things we will buy, ”Vedadi Khammedov told the MK correspondent.

“Gasification of rural areas, including historical locations, is the most important area of ​​our work. Thus, in the Vladimir region, an opportunity has been created for the additional gasification of the settlements of the Meshchera National Park and other settlements with cultural heritage sites. In total, within the framework of social gasification in the region, more than 10.2 thousand contracts were executed, gas was supplied to the borders of land plots. Together with the authorities of the subject, we continue to work on regasification, so that comfort and warmth come to the homes of Vladimir residents, ”Sergey Gustov noted.
