Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree on the construction of a new center for the military commissariat. The decision to build it was made in order to improve conditions for citizens entering the military service, as well as for employees of the city’s military commissariat. The report states that the center will be built not far from a single selection point for military service under a contract on Yablochkova Street in Moscow. Now the central military commissariat of Moscow is located at the address: Prospekt Mira, 15.
April 14 President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the creation of a unified register of military records and on electronic summonses. One of the tasks of the law, Vladimir Putin called “correction of the mess.”
Terms of creation and introduction of the register planned to be determined from July 1 to December 31. During this period, it is planned to test the methodological, organizational and technological conditions for maintaining the register. It is assumed that the Ministry of Defense will become the operator.
