A new branch of the Alexander Shlemenko martial arts school opened in the Omsk town of Neftchilarov

On Saturday, December 10, in Omsk, the 12th branch of the MMA school “SHTORM” of Alexander Shlemenko was solemnly opened. It is located in the town of Neftchilar on the street of the 19th Party Congress, 19b.

On the same day, the new functional and comfortable hall hosted the first competitions. Their participants were 123 young pupils of the author’s school “SHTORM”. For many of the guys this tournament was the first.

Today, more than 5,000 children attend Alexander Shlemenko’s schools in Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Kurgan, Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Abakan and Omsk, the press service of the regional Ministry of Sports specified.

The grand opening, like all events held under the auspices of the STORM school, was marked by a symbolic strike on the gong. Today this honor fell to the STORM Shlemenko Fight Team fighter, Bellator MMA world champion Andrey Koreshkov, who greeted the participants of the competition and wished them good luck in their fights.

“For Omsk, the opening of a new branch of the STORM school is a great event! After all, this is another great gym where you can train under the guidance of good specialists, and the children who live in this part of the city will not need to travel far from home to practice and pursue their dreams. This is the merit of Alexander Shlemenko, who is actively working to ensure that sports and martial arts develop and attract more and more children. All this would not have been possible without our partners – the Gazprom Neft company – which supports all the initiatives and projects of the STORM school, as well as the help of Governor Alexander Burkov and the regional government. And I would like to say a special thank you to the Our Service company, which provided this wonderful hall, ”said Andrey.

The new hall has everything for both professional athletes and amateurs to train here.

“The hall is fully equipped according to modern standards: there is a carpet, a wall, an octagon is installed, and shell bags. We plan to conduct classes for both teenagers and adults. We invite everyone! ”, – said the coach of the martial arts school “SHTORM” Maxim Yakobyuk.

On Sunday, December 11, Omsk will host another major event in MMA – the Grand Prix among fans of the Shlemenko Fighting Championship promotion. 8 fighters with no professional experience will fight for the title of the best in the bantamweight division. The participants are representatives of Omsk, Kamensk-Uralsky and Pavlodar.

There will also be organized two spectacular fights outside the Grand Prix standings, activity and a raffle of paraphernalia from the STORM school. And at the end of the event, Alexander Shlemenko will announce the date of the next tournament of his promotion – SFC-6.

The tournament will be held from 14:00 at the Martial Arts Center. Free admission.
