A Muscovite kicked the door to the subway and received a criminal charge
A man in the Moscow metro kicked the door of a carriage, and as a result he faces criminal prosecution, reports the telegram channel of the Moscow prosecutor’s office. A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Vandalism”).
As noted, a man at the Kievskaya station wanted to jump into the closing doors, but did not have time, and out of anger struck the door, breaking the glass door.
Investigators believe that the man “acted deliberately and out of hooligan motives.” Prosecutors are monitoring the progress of the case and compensation for damages, the statement said.
