Due to repair work, a traffic jam has formed on the M4 Don highway; heating and food points have been deployed for drivers and passengers. About it reports Ministry of Regional Policy and Mass Communications of the Rostov Region.
A traffic jam formed from the 995th to the 1007th kilometer of the highway towards Novorossiysk. The left lane is being repaired and will be completed on December 28, but work will begin on the right lane after that. Also, due to repairs, traffic towards Moscow is difficult on the section of the highway from kilometer 968 to kilometer 960.
Mobile heating and nutrition points are deployed at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the jam (at 995, 1003 and 1006 kilometers). If necessary, temporary accommodation centers will also be opened in Shakhty, Novoshakhtinsk, in the Krasnosulinsky and Oktyabrsky (rural) districts.
Drivers are asked to avoid traffic jams through Novoshakhtinsk if possible.
