A mother with three children from Moscow, who was forced to live in the entrance hall, told why she could not get into her designer-renovated apartment for six million. In a conversation with Mash, she stated that the reason was a refugee from Ukraine, whom she agreed to shelter at the request of a realtor friend.
According to the woman, she received 1.25 million rubles for the “hotel” service so that the displaced people could stay for five months in the elite Lilac Park residential complex. She herself moved to a rented apartment in the Moscow region, taking her children and dog.
However, she was kicked out of there, and when she tried to return home, she found 15 pairs of shoes on the doorstep. It turned out that the refugee moved in a dozen more friends and relatives, changed the locks, threw out the owner’s sofa for half a million and refuses to leave the home he liked.
He also did not take the money back, saying that everything was according to the law and the lease had not yet expired, the victim claims.
She also stated that the “tenant” is allegedly under investigation for economic crimes and is now serving house arrest in a luxury apartment with his wife, children and a bunch of other people.
