The Gagarinsky Court of Moscow sent a man to a colony for a period of 2.5 years, who replenished the Troika card and the phone balance from a card found near a children’s store. This was reported to the court.
It is noted that the victim brought her daughter with friends to the Central Children’s Store in Moscow, left her her card, and left. After some time, she saw notifications about spending a rather large amount of money, after which she blocked the card.
A little later it turned out that the girl had lost the card, and one of the passers-by picked it up. As a result, this citizen spent about 11 thousand rubles. The thief was found thanks to CCTV cameras, and then detained.
The defendant admitted his guilt and paid for the damage.
