The only thing the strange gentleman had was a heavy folder with statements. It turns out that the visitor had already contacted many Kremlin officials and even managed to go to Chechnya for a reception with Ramzan Kadyrov. The man has only one question: he wanted to get the surveillance removed from him. According to the inadequate person, unknown people have been watching him for a long time and eavesdropping on all his conversations.
According to the friends of the unfortunate man, 10 years ago he was a completely respected resident of Shadrinsk. But one day a not very pleasant episode happened to him. While working at a construction site, he caught several people from his team stealing. It turned out that the workers were selling construction materials to the left. Trying to get money out of them, the man locked them in a utility room, but the craftsmen managed to escape. They filed a police report against him, the builder was arrested and put in jail. It was there that he lost his mind. Having received a suspended sentence, he went out and began to tell his friends that his every move was being tracked by unknown people. This fixed idea consumed the unfortunate man so much that he began to travel around the country and appeal to various authorities to be freed from persecution. His relatives managed to take him to the hospital for treatment several times, but he kept running away. Having escaped from his family once again, the man went straight to the Kremlin.
