In Tambov, a master class will be held for yoga lovers in the Park of Culture and Leisure. This event will be held as part of the celebration of Youth Day.
Those who wish will practice yoga under the guidance of an experienced instructor right on the lawn in the central park of culture and recreation of the regional center (opposite the building of the Russian Post). The meeting is scheduled for June 24 at 10:00.
– The event was organized with the support of the Embassy of India in the Russian Federation. Everyone is welcome, – said the government of the Tambov region.
The organizers dedicate the lesson to the International Yoga Day, which falls on June 21, and the Youth Day, which is celebrated on June 24.
Tambov residents are advised to bring their own mat or blanket to class, as well as wear comfortable sportswear. The instructor will give a thematic lecture, warm-up, teach breathing techniques that are beneficial to health.
