On Thursday, June 22, an introductory yoga class was held at the site of the sports and recreation complex in the village of Pinega. A master class for the people of Pinez was held by master Oksana Bliznina. A dozen residents of the village came to try their hand. This was told by the head of the Pinezhsky district Alexander Chechulin.
– This methodology is based on three important postulates: efficiency, safety and simplicity. It is available to everyone, regardless of gender and age, – says the coach about the lesson.
Now the residents of Pinezh will have the opportunity to touch the Eastern teachings next month. Classes at the sports complex are planned to be held on the third, sixth, tenth and thirteenth of July.
Recall that the sports and recreation complex in Pinega was built at the request of residents as part of the instructions of the Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region Alexander Tsybulsky under the federal project “Sport is the norm of life” of the national project “Demography”.
