A martial arts center and an archery track with a football field will be built in Chita

A martial arts center and an archery center will be built by 2026 in Chita. The latter will also include a workout complex, as well as indoor and outdoor football fields. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Under the presidential Far Eastern subsidy in the Trans-Baikal Territory, 52 activities are planned for 2024 for the construction, repair and modernization of social facilities worth 3.67 billion rubles. Thanks to this state support, design estimates for both centers will be developed in Chita.

Their construction will cost the state 3.65 billion rubles. However, 12.85 billion rubles are needed. They also want to attract financing through loans from DOM.RF and from concessionaires. The concessionaire for the archery center will be the Olymp-Sport company, and for the martial arts center it will be determined by competition, said the region’s Minister of Economic Development Zhargalma Badmazhapova.

She clarified that the martial arts center will be able to accommodate 434 people per shift, and the stands are designed for 1,082 spectators.

And the archery center with an open shooting range will become a multifunctional complex where it will also be possible to practice other game sports. In particular, it will include a universal sports ground, a workout complex, an outdoor football field measuring 65×41 meters and an indoor football arena with stands for 300 seats.
