A man from Pravokhettinsky conquered the highest mountain in the Sverdlovsk region

Alexey Kozlov, a 33-year-old resident of Pravokhettinskoe, took part in the first stage of the Russian Cup in skyrunning as part of the Konzhak 2023 international mountain marathon. He conquered the Konzhakovsky Stone, the highest mountain in the Sverdlovsk region, the Pravokhettinsky administration reported on August 2.
“The first half of the distance – 21 kilometers – the participants ran to the top of Mount Konzhakovsky Kamen. And then on the way up the same number ran to the finish line. The participants had to go through the taiga, forest-tundra, snowfields of the mountainous part of the massif, the Ural kurumnik. More than 900 people came to the start of the marathon, our fellow villager showed an excellent result,” the administration said.
The ascent and descent of the Yamal took six hours and 36 minutes. He took 108th place among 200 men born in 1984-2003.
