The Kaliningrad karateka became the winner of the absolute world championship 2023. The competition took place in Tokyo.
According to the press service of the government of the Kaliningrad region, the winners of the thirteenth absolute world championship were determined by 216 delegates from 33 countries. The competitions were held without division into age and weight categories.
In total, athletes from Russia were able to win two golds, two bronzes and a special prize in the “For the will to win” category.
Previously “MK in Kaliningrad” reportedthat an athlete from Kaliningrad won the All-Russian wrestling competition. The tests took place in St. Petersburg. 104 representatives of 22 teams competed in ten weight categories.
