On February 25, a hockey tournament among youth opened at the Tyulachi Arena ice palace in memory of a fellow countryman, Honored Chemist of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Galyaviev, reports Tatar-inform news agency. The opening of the tournament was attended by the famous hockey player, Honored Master of Sports of Russia, confidant of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin Danis Zaripov. This tournament is being held for the fourth time. “May the best man win today! And to the local team “Tornado” success, good training and as many victories as possible at a high level,” the famous hockey player admonished the guys. Danis Zaripov also met with district activists, coaches, and physical education teachers.
