In the near future, a heat wave is expected in several regions of Russia, including the Magadan region, the Amur region, the Khabarovsk Territory, Yakutia and Kamchatka. This information was confirmed by Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, in an interview with TASS. A heat wave is a period when the temperature is significantly above the climatic norm for several days in a row. According to Vilfand’s forecast, from June 28 to July 3, hot weather awaits the Magadan region. The temperature will be 6-11 degrees above normal, reaching 28-35 degrees.
Similar indicators are expected in Yakutia, where in the same period the temperature will rise to 33-35 degrees. Khabarovsk Krai is also preparing for high temperatures in the coming days, with an expectation of plus 31-33 degrees. The Amur region and Kamchatka will also not be left out of the heat wave, with predicted temperatures of plus 31-32 degrees and plus 27-28 degrees, respectively.
The heat wave can have a significant impact on the inhabitants of these regions, so it is necessary to take precautions and monitor your health during extreme heat.
