The head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Yevgeny Primakov, called the attempts of the Ukrainian diaspora in Germany to take away the Russian House in Berlin “a heartbreaking and ridiculous sight”.

According to him, the Ukrainian diaspora issued a press release on a “referendum” on the transfer of the Russian House in Berlin to it.

“Either 30 or 50 people gathered, voted for something, but it was so shameful that they didn’t even announce the results … A heartbreaking and funny sight,” Primakov said in a commentary to RIA Novosti.

According to him, the Ukrainian diaspora in Germany did not even manage to enlist the support of all Ukrainians living there. He noted that Rossotrudnichestvo receives letters of support from Russian-speaking Ukrainians living in Berlin.

Earlier it was reported that Russian houses in European countries started the action “From Russia with warmth”. It is noted that as long as gas and electricity prices in Europe remain high, the centers will operate as heating points. Visitors will be able to drink tea, recharge their phones, watch movies, and cartoons will be shown for children.
