At about three o’clock in the morning in the village of Balakhta, traffic police officers noticed a boy with a backpack on the side of the road. The child explained to the traffic inspectors that he got up for school on the alarm clock, but decided not to wake up his mother.
Traffic police officers explained to the sleepy fifth-grader that the alarm clock had not worked correctly and took him to his mother to “get some sleep.” The woman thanked the law enforcement officers who returned her son to her after a night walk safe and sound.
