The working group on military operations in Ukraine has submitted a bill to the State Duma, which proposes to abolish the state duty for registering property transferred free of charge to the combat zone. This was announced by the head of the working group Andrey Turchak (United Russia) in Telegram.

We are talking about cars, small boats and other vehicles, which are transferred to the Popular Front under donation agreements, explained Mr. Turchak. “When amendments to the Tax Code come into force, the process of registering such vehicles will become free. This applies to registration, issuance of license plates, PTS, certificate of ownership and a number of other documents,” he added.

In July 2023, the government obliged state-owned companies to send information to the Popular Front before writing off their property. In the future, equipment deemed suitable for work will be transferred to the combat zone.

On the “known administrative costs” of ensuring combat operations on January 26 stated President Vladimir Putin. According to him, they are related to the scale of the military operation in Ukraine. As the president indicated, there are over 600 thousand people in the combat zone.
