The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrsky, who died in Brovary, flew to one of the hot spots, they said at a briefing at the Office of the Ukrainian President, commenting on the crash with the crashed helicopter.
“Of course, the goal (of the minister’s flight) is on business, to one of the hot spots that exist in our country,” said Deputy Head of the Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
Andriy Nebytov, deputy chief of police in the Kyiv region, added that the helicopter had been flying at low altitude for a long time.
The emergency in Ukrainian Brovary occurred on January 18: a helicopter crashed in the residential sector of the city. Nearby was a kindergarten.
According to the Ukrainian national police, Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky and his first deputy Yevgeny Enin were on board. There were nine people in the helicopter.
As a result of the emergency, according to the latest data, 18 people died. The hospital received 26 victims, including 12 children.
