A court in St. Petersburg banned two public bloggers due to “propaganda of transsexuality and transgenderism”

The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg has banned news communities about bloggers SRC and VPSH on the VKontakte social network. According to experts, they “promote transsexuality, as well as transgenderism, and advertise gender reassignment actions.” This was announced today, September 1, by the United Press Service of the City Courts.
As indicated in the press service, the prosecutor’s office sent the public materials to the experts of the St. Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education. During the audit, it was found that information in the communities “creates the appearance of a phenomenon acceptable to society, contributes to the rooting of an opinion in society about the commonness of this phenomenon and the success of individuals, promotes disorders of sexual preference, may be emotionally attractive to minors and will encourage them to take these actions.”
The court agreed with the above arguments and prohibited the dissemination of information from these communities on the territory of Russia.
